Trying to make point to point call via webex vtc. We received good audio and but no video but the distant end receives good audio and video. Regions and Location have been set to unlimited or 200000000kbs as recommended by other community members. We only received video after 15 mins have passed(RE-INVITE).
I do not have a SIP trunk between my call manager and the distant end. The way our network is set up, we have a third-party that my CUCM has a SIP to. The remote site also has a SIP trunk to that third-party. We get good audio and video when we call to that 3rd party via p2p and it's the same of the remote site when they call the third-party. Issue only happens when its between myself and the remote site.

One way audio or video, or things happening after "x" minutes, are most often caused by firewalls. You'll need to have all ends investigate the firewalls to see that all the traffic is allowed between the sites and that any SIP ALG is disabled (this often causes more issues than it solves).

Hi,
With Webex VTC i guess you meant a Webex Endpoint right? As you mentioned you received video for 15 minutes and than no more so I suspect a routing/firewalling issue even because the remote site doesn't have any issue on P2P Call. Just to make sure.. Are you using an Expressway cluster to connect to the Third Party solution or a direct SIP Trunk from CUCM. In case of this last one solution, I suggest you to evaluate to implement an Expressway cluster for B2B calls.
Please let me know
Regards
Carlo
