I am trying to add a workspace to a users second line appearance on their device. None of the workspaces appear in the search window. Is this not allowed, thought we were able to do this at one time.
If not, what is a work around for a user to get workstation calls on their device/app and be able to see where it is coming from?

Hi There,
While I haven't personally tested the Webex calling monitored lines feature, you might be able to explore its capabilities. If my understanding is accurate, this feature allows users to monitor the line status of other users, workspaces, and call park extensions. Members of the monitoring group can ascertain whether the monitored user is available, in a call, or receiving a call.
If configured correctly, On the desk phones of users belonging to the monitoring group, the BLF (Busy Lamp Field) button turns red. This visual indication signals that there is an incoming call. Users in the monitoring group can easily pick up the call by utilizing the designated softkey on their desk phones.

Unfortunately that is not allowed. It is a licensing issue.
A couple of options depending on your use case.
You could make that workspace a professional user. Just delete your workspace add a user and then give that user the line and device that your workspace has. You can then share that line with other devices
Another option is to maybe look at Virtual lines. Add that number to a virtual line, you can then put that virtual line on any device that is associated with a professional license (you can't put it on a device with a workspace license)
Or maybe setting up a hunt group might work.
