WebexCC Analyzer - License Usage Reports

Hi All,

I am trying to run a report for webexcc to see the license usage, to find out how many of the agents logged in today (or any day) and what those agents are.

This is an effort to audit the license assignment.

From the WebexCC Analyzer guide, it tells me to get the report from " Stock reports > Historical Reports > LIcence Usage Reports ".
 But when I go into this location, the folder is empty and there is no report there to run.

Can someone please guide?

Can you try logging in with the ADMIN account - not AN admin account - but the Administrator account for the server...

.
