I have a user who is configured for Webex calling with an 8865 IP phone. I am not able to make or receive (<Username>@<WebexDomain>.calls.webex.com) video calls via SIP URI from the 8865. Inbound calls to the <Username>@<WebexDomain>.calls.webex.com URI will ring the softphone on the Webex App but not the 8865 IP Phone.
Any Ideas
