Good morning,
We have started using Webex, however I have an issue with the active call window on inbound calls.
Once a user agrees to accept the call from the taskbar notification, no active call window appears. If you click the Webex client, it loads the dial pad - but no options for the current call. This means that the agent is unable to end the call of their own vilition.
Has anyone experienced the same issue / have any suggestions to rectify?
