Webex Calling App

I’m having trouble logging into the Webex Calling App for iOS after having successfully logged into the main Webex and Webex Meetings apps, also for iOS. When I attempt login, I get an ‘Invalid Authentication Credentials’ pop-up.

 

I should note that Webex Calling seems to recognize my email address, if that accounts for anything.

 

What could be the issue here?

Hi Jacob,

I would confirm you have the  "Mobile" WxC application box checked under user configuration.

See screen shot:

 

Note - requires admin access to change
