Hello I would like to simply set up an announcement during closing hours
and that after the announcement it is redirected to a messaging system
So I have activated a queue with a night service everything works but I cannot define an option to be able to leave a message during the night service after the announcement
how to allow a caller to leave a message after the night service announcement??

A VM Group is intended to be shared/sepeated from the own one. You have to share the group's number and passcode to the users that should access the box, for instance via the voice portal. So a user has its own one and may have access to multiple shared ones.
As said, if you want to have all calls in a specific user's voicemail box, simple use *55<extension> as forward destination. That will route the calls directly to the personal voicemail box of the user with extension <extension>.

Simply create a voicemail group and redirect directly to the group's number. If there is only one person that should receive the messages, simply forward the calls to the voicemail directly by either checking the box or by using the FAC *55
Fir VM groups, check out https://help.webex.com/mcjd4u/
