Audio delay when call recording (Dubber) is enabled

We have an issue with a delay before you can speak when placing calls while call recording is enabled. The problem is becomes more pronounced when you dial station (cisco 8851) to station and both have call recoding enabled. There is almost a 3 second delay before you can speak when someone answers your call. Has anyone else experienced this?

We have not. This is still an issue. It happens at all of our locations. Dubber said it was something Cisco had to fix and Cisco said it was Dubber. I am going to have to open yet another case with Cisco.

Any  luck on your side? 

Thank you for the update. We also have the same issue. but Cisco and Dubber could not find anything wrong. 

I'll reply again if we found a solution.

Still no luck for us. Most of my users have gotten used to it, but I feel they should not have to deal with this. This was a solved issue years ago.
