Call Accounting for WebEx Calling

customer is looking to move from a CUCM environment to a WebEx Calling option.

they are wondering if there is any software for managing Call Detail Records that WebEx Calling may create?  Looks like the information can be extracted to a csv file.

 

Any thoughts or recommendations?

CDR files are delivered (in some circumstances) to our SP partners to facilitate more granular billing etc. CDR's are not provided in the webex calling VAR model. 

 

A call analytics dashboard is available from CAP which supports data export (analytics are stored for 30 days). Control hub has also been enhanced to support further calling metrics such as call quality. See more information via links below:
