We recently started to use Webex app. When finishing the setup en login to our environment there is no ringtone comming out of the Laptop speaker at a incomming call.During testing everything is sounding normal.Alle setting are OK.What can cause this...

The end user tried logging into the voice portal to record a greeting for the auto attendant, however they got locked out. I've reset the portal pin but it doesn't seem to unlock the login. What am I missing with this?

Has anyone figured out how to determine which Webex Calling Data Center (US has 2 Chicago/Dallas) that different locations register to? We have a bunch of locations across the US and I'm trying to figure out what locations are registering to what DC?

Hello Guys, Facing Issue with WebEx Calling. Inbound calls are reaching to the WebEx user but going directly to the missed call tab. User is not getting any ring and not able to answer calls. In LGW debug we are getting SIP/2.0 488 Not Acceptable Med...
