Hi,
i have a quality problem specially on one location. I use the same vlan for headset and for desk phone. The quality is ok on headset but very poor for Deskphone. I don't know why. Anybody have any idea ? I'm very disappointed...

Thanks for your help. no package loss, only jitter is very high. For the switch is the same, and the network configuration too.

Are both the PC and Desk Phone directly connected to the switch or are there any other devices in between?
Have you checked the switch ports if the settings are equal? When reusing ports, one may have historic half-duplex settings or so.
Do you know what makes Webex marking those calls as bad? Jitter, package loss, etc? Are there any firewall rules on your net that prefer the PC for instance?
