Call Connection Issue - Webex Calling

Hello,

As of a few days ago, we've had an issue calling a particular external phone number.  Prior to a few days ago there was no problem.  When calling (412) 672-xxxx from an internal extension we get 1 ring and then a message saying "The number you have dialed is not in service.  Please check the number and try your call again."  However, if I dial from my cell phone, the call connects with no problem.

We are using Cisco Webex fully cloud based and have been for about 9 months.  I am very new to Webex Calling and am trying to research and read about how I can begin to troubleshoot this but have been unsuccessful so far.  Where should I be looking for call/number detailed information?  Is there some query that would give me statistics on a particular dialed number?

Hi @MR. Tim,

If you are using PSTN from Cisco Cloud then you need to the reach out to Cisco or PSTN service provider. We had similar issue in the past and Cisco was able to resolve it.
