As of a few days ago, we've had an issue calling a particular external phone number. Prior to a few days ago there was no problem. When calling (412) 672-xxxx from an internal extension we get 1 ring and then a message saying "The number you have dialed is not in service. Please check the number and try your call again." However, if I dial from my cell phone, the call connects with no problem.
We are using Cisco Webex fully cloud based and have been for about 9 months. I am very new to Webex Calling and am trying to research and read about how I can begin to troubleshoot this but have been unsuccessful so far. Where should I be looking for call/number detailed information? Is there some query that would give me statistics on a particular dialed number?
