Calling Mode Webex - Unable to receive calls if Webex cannot handle it

Hi,

When we implemented our current telephony solution I also pushed the Webex app on iOS. If an end-user signed in, Webex would automatically handle the incoming calls. This Calling Mode can be changed via Settings -> Calling -> Calling Mode with two options: Webex or My mobile operator.

If Webex is unable to handle the incoming call, due to an expired session or due to the removal of the Webex app, this results in incoming calls not being received by the iPhone. The user receives no notification and is forced to possibly reinstall Webex, sign in, and change the setting if Webex should no longer handle the incoming call.

Please allow a fallback method if Webex is unable to handle the incoming call to the native dialer, and reset the Calling Mode when the app is removed.

If this option can be changed within iOS itself, please do let me know!

If anyone wants to test the issue, please follow the steps below:

1. Install the Webex app
2. Sign in
3. Check if the Calling Mode is set to Webex
4. Uninstall the Webex app
5. Try to call the phone

To resolve, follow the steps below:

1. Reinstall the Webex app
2. Sign in
3. Set Calling Mode to My mobile operator
4. Uninstall the Webex app
