Does anyone know whether the user should be able to see their associated Phone under My Devices in the User portal?
I've had a customer report this, however, I'm seeing the same in my lab. User has a phone associated to them in the WCH so under user profile - Devices you can see 7821 associated. However, when the user logins to settings.webex.com - My Devices shows up empty.

Currently, that is like you observed. There are improvements ongoing to list there also personal room devices as well as desk devices. No ETA yet.
