Hello,
I'm using a call queue on a structure.
I'd like the main operator to be able to forward all calls in this call queue to voicemail in the evening from an 8850 phone.
I can't find a way to do this manually from a phone.
I don't want to manage it through calendars, because schedules aren't fixed.
