Most often we struggle with issues related to voicemail / queues...
Example of a typical expected operation that we have difficulty configuring:
External call on an 8850 at the Switchboard
Pre-removal announcement
Queue between the switchboard and a DECT
Ring first on the switchboard
If no answer or busy switches to DECT
If no response switches to a global voicemail for all service
Ability to send directly to global voicemail manually
Possibility of consulting the global messaging directly (without entering * messaging number... code..)

I clearly saw that there was a concept of shared voicemail service
But I find it complicated to tell people to go to the messaging service, type in the short number of the shared messaging service, enter their access code and finally you will be able to access it.
I would have liked to deactivate all personal messaging and that with a single touch on the phones, it consults the global messaging of the shared service
