How to obtain separate windows for calling out and messaging in WebEx

I started the Call and Message merge last week and I had a separate window from messaging my team.  I had a computer update over the weekend and now I cannot get my two separate WebEx windows to message and call out. How do I get this back?

You can open a separate Webex Calling window by going to Settings->Calling->Multi Call and enabling the "Turn on Multi Call window" option. At that point, you will have a window dedicated to Calling while allowing the main window to be used for Messaging and Meetings.

Webex has a single instance, ie. there is only one main application window.
You may pop out single chats by selecting the option from each space's context menu.
