How do you port existing Cisco PSTN numbers over to a different authorized PSTN carrier within Control Hub?

Hi,
It is not possible to port out numbers within control hub. You need to open a porting request with your new service provider. If new services provider is requesting your account information such as Account Number, Billing Telephone Number then you need to open case with Cisco PSTN team.

Thank you Vaijanath, I think I need to work this differently. It may be the same answer though. I know about the port request. Once the port request has been scheduled. Is there a way to move the numbers in control hub from the Cisco PSTN over to the new carrier?
Or am I going to need to recreate the locations (9 in total), with a slight name variance, move the numbers over then assign to the new PSTN?
