Hi, I have had not problem phoning clients through webex and being heard. All of a sudden a couple of days ago, clients could not hear me. My mic on my dell xps 13 laptop works, works with zoom. And it was working with webex without a problem until the middle of a call, it just stopped working with webex. I checked the microphone and it works on the laptop. I checked in webex audio section and it sometimes has a lot of lines lit up but more often only has a couple of lines lit up. The test never records my voice. I am growing desperate. I have been on hold for hours waiting for tech support, sigh.... Thanks, Yasmine
ps. reinstalled webex but made no difference, reinstalled audio driver, made no difference
