Microsoft Teams meetings audio not working with Webex Meeting.

I have cisco pro room kit in several of our company conference rooms. 

The problem is when having a Microsoft teams meeting, I cannot hear the attendees but the attendees can hear me. This is only with Microsoft teams. Zoom and Webex itself work fine. Any ideas? We've checked with Firewall team and ports are open correctly.

I am having the exact same issue with our Room Kit Pro, not sure if a setting is missing or something on the teams side needs to be adjusted. Anyone ever find a solution?

We're having the same issue with only one of our units. Has anyone figured this out in the last year?

Are you able to resolve this issue? I am also seeing same issue with one of the room kit.
