Are you using a hybrid calendar integration? If so, they should be visible in case they're in the synced calendar.

Otherwise you may use Outlook on your computer. In that case, the app accesses the outlook calendar if that is enabled in the settings. The mobile app may also access your mobile's calendars, check the settings. You may specify which ones should be looked at.
