To whom it may concern:
This is a question regarding logging into WebEx.
This past Sunday, my Church group was using WebEx for a bible study. Apparently, two of my members tried to log into WebEx by phone. They went through the prompts of the phone number, Access ID, etc. When they tried to log in before the session began, it was noted that they had to pay an extra fee for WebEx. I was notified later in the day and I had no knowledge about it in terms of others paying an extra fee for logging into the system. However, I did contact WebEx via Chat this past week, and the response was noted about contacting the Sales Department regarding the pricing and plans information. And for the dial-in, it requires an upgrade in the licencing which will take an extra fee. But for the two members, do they need licences just to log into the system by phone? They do not have an email address. Also, is this a newly added feature, or a new requirement to have licences for any member, guest or group to have access? I am just looking for additional clarification regarding the matter at hand. Thank you.
