So we just migrated the last building to webex and its come to my attention that the Call Pickup Groups via Webex are confusing. I say this because the options back in CUCM call pick up groups use to have the ability to show calling party information. With Webex all the visual options we get with Webex Calling Desk Phones is a visual Red LED that blinks which isnt helpful for our users who have 4+ (simple fix add blfs) people in their pickup group.
This could be easily solved if webex added a little modal showing whose calling and for who. I see that they added options to see this via Webex App. But to minimize the amount of change for people and not to mention if they hit pickup via the modal on pc it will pickup on the PC so this can get very confusing.
I want to know has anyone else ran into this and possibly have a workaround or solution to this issue?
