Problem whith enabling and disabing messaging system on user #21 *21

Hello. I am trying to do a simple operation but I have a problem.

I have 3 Webex phones

1 - Standard

2 - Old

3 - Young

The operation expected by the service Call from outside, it rings on the Standard.

If no answer or busy after 5 rings, forwarding to old and young at the same time.

However, the switchboard wants to be able to switch to the messaging when it wants to manually

So I created a search group 8898 which makes old and young ring simultaneously

and in standard, I activated the call forwarding if no answer and busy to forward to this group 8898

Everything works well but !!!

When standard user forwards everything to its messaging with the code *21 and deletes this forwarding with #21 during a metting for example

This removes all my forwarding options to my group !!! 8898 ???

how can i permit standard to activate forward on messaging whitout delete my redirect to my search group ??
