One of my new customers juste started using our phone solution with 2 Mac (M1 chipset) using Webex Calling
The user reports me that they have some issues with Webex suddenly cutting calls, displaying the error message "Unable to connect to your call" on both Macs
I checked and the software version is up to date (43.11 in november 2023)
As i searched for information, it seems this error message is mainly known on mobile (IOS/Android) platform, not on MacOS system
Is this an issue known to the community? Is there some preliminary check we can do to diag this issue?
