Hi,

all of my workspace phones have this issue.  the user phone do not

scenario:

each phone has 2 DN keys   (line keys with their primary number)

if you make a call or receive a call on the first line key,  it doesn't register under recents

if you make a call on second line key, it does register under recents

again,  this only happens on workspace phones,   all calls on user phones register as recents regardless of the line jey used

anyone hear of this or have this issue?

Hi sweenyjoe, I beleive this issue could be due to recent changes to Webex Features available on Cisco MPP devices.

In the article here https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/nz17xaab/Webex-Features-available-on-Cisco-MPP-devices look at Webex Unified Call History in table 1.

"Webex Unified Call History is not supported for workspaces. To enable call history on the workspace device, administrators must use the Device Settings feature and set the Call History parameter to Local Call History for the device."

So you will need to select each workspace phone and change the Call History parameter in device settings. You could change the setting at a location level or org level but tha will change the user phones too.
