We have come from a on-premise CUCM system to WebEx - so we are trying to understand some of the differences we are seeing now vs what we have grown accustom to over the past 15 years.
We have Cisco 8865 devices with Webex calling.
When you have a missed call the icon on your line key turns red and shows the number of missed calls.
There does not appear to be a quick way to view your missed calls. No line button can be assigned to this function as far as I can tell.
So the user instead must press the Gear Icon key -> Select Recents -> Select Missed calls to see the missed calls they have.
On the on premise CUCM the "up" key on the four direction key would take you directly to missed calls. We also had a line key on the right side of the phone programmed for this as well. As best I can tell the four direction keypad does nothing with the MPP firmware and WebEx.
is there something that I am overlooking in the configuration that would allow easier and more intuitive access to see and call back missed calls?

Nope, that is currently the way it works on the MPPs...

If there is a Missed Call then there is an indicator on the Line Key and a Soft Key appears (1 tab over) for the Missed Calls (which disappears when the Missed Calls have been viewed)
