Hi All
We have requirements on Webex calling to have multiple people sharing the same number, we can have virtual lines ans application line assignment and also multiple lines on the phone, the only thing is we cannot see the option to set this same number as the primary line on the phone.
Are we saying that all phones need to have a separate primary extension whether it be a real or dummy ddi, then would then have the shared number as a second line?
This seems pretty poor if so, on our current CUCM, we can have the same number on multiple phones.
