I have a department that would like to set up an urgency telephone number
he would like to be able to quickly manage forwarding of this urgency on call number to different mobile phones
Is there a simpler solution than providing a physical phone so that they can manage their own call sending from this telephone?
the service already has a cisco 8850 phone with another principal line number
Is it possible to add another external number to this phone and only manage forwarding on this 2nd number without touching the main number?
