Hello Guys,
Facing Issue with WebEx Calling.
Inbound calls are reaching to the WebEx user but going directly to the missed call tab. User is not getting any ring and not able to answer calls.
In LGW debug we are getting SIP/2.0 488 Not Acceptable Media
Attached are the debugs from LGW. Can someone suggest what I am missing here.
Call Flow - PSTN User - SIP Provider - LGW - WebEx Cloud - WebEx User.
