Hello,

I am trying to find a way to turn on email notifications, with the audio voicemail message, for users from the admin console so users don't need to do it individually.

I have a publicly-available tool that will do this. It's a "use at your own risk" tool, but this is the script that the tool was originally developed for so it has been working for a few years now with no issue. Build a text file with the email addresses of all of the users you want to enable it for, one email per line. Then log into https://admin.wxcadm.com and give the tool access to perform changes on your behalf. Go to the "Bulk Action Tool" and use the "VM to Email" script with your file as the input file.

You can do this in Control Hub if you go to Calling --> Service Settings , the scroll down to Manage User Calling Data. Export the CSV then you can modify the email notifications settings and then upload it back. Seems to work pretty well.

IIRC, there is currently no way to bulk edit those settings.

You may either trying to use the CSV configuration template to update the users or may build your own using the Rest API: https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/v1/webex-calling-person-settings/configure-voicemail-settings-for-a-person
