I would like to upload a list of contact names and numbers that our organization's users call most often. Either using .xml or .csv format. That way the contact information would be readily available and a one-click call. I saw in the control hub where I could add virtual extensions to quickly access external numbers but I don't see that those extensions show up anywhere in the Webex app.
Has anyone tried this, found a solution, or even a work around?

You're probably looking for organizational contacts/a company wide address book..
That's a widely known request and it is planned for this year. If you have access, check todays PIW on that topic for more details.
I think virtual extensions only show up in MPPs in the directory. Personally, I don't understand either why they're not in the apps
Another possibility is to push contacts into the Webex app (but then they're only there and it's a per user push) using the IM migration tool in CH

That's progress I suppose. Where can I find the PIW? And thank you for the info, I'm a new admin on a new system so I'm figuring it all out along the way.

The list of upcoming PIWs can be found in salesconnect: https://salesconnect.cisco.com/#/program/PAGE-14869. Today's was PIW TECH - Directory Search, Handset updates & Imagicle.
Do you know https://callinghelp.webex.com/? https://golearn.webex.com/ is also a great learning resource.
