Hi,
Is there an option in Webex Calling to have different greetings for open or closed hours, and a schedule to control these? I can't believe there isn't but I can't find it either Control Hub or the user calling settings. Nor is it mentioned in any of the documents I've looked at.

Thanks. In this case I only need to do this for one group mailbox, but even so it's not really clear the best way to do this. An Auto Attendant can have different open and closed greetings, but there doesn't seem to be a way to automatically forward that onto voicemail.

No, there are no scheduling options for VMs.
Depending on your use case, you may redirect the incoming calls to different VMs which are using different announcements..
