Also, if these actions need to be done many times, you can try with alternative extensions, depending on the type of scenario, for example, you can set up an alternative device in Unity Connection, callers can listen and leave messages, and the alternative extension can review them.
In my case, one person needed to listen and take note of another's mailboxes, therefore the solution was functional since it was not necessary to always forward the mailboxes.
