Looks like there's an open incident that is affecting control hub, web, and mobile login. Webex is working on per the link below.

[Investigating] Webex Calling (All Regions): Please be advised that our alerting systems have made us aware of an issue with some customers are not able to login to Control HUB. This is impacting customers in all regions. During this time users may receive an error attempting to login into Control HUB. We apologize for the disruption and we are working urgently to correct the problem. Further information will follow within the next 60 minutes.
