Hi, I'm having a problem with the Webex mobile app in the workplace.
Activating the WiFi, the mobile app does not work (during the call, when answering, the error "unable to answer .." is shown), while with LTE it works correctly.
If I answer a call via PC, always connected to WiFi, it works correctly.
In the workplace there is a firewall (Sophos XG) but I cannot understand how the firewall can only block app traffic and not that of the PC.

Both PC and Mobile, is it connected to same SSID. If its, different there could be a chance where different policies exit for diffident SSID.

Is there any personal VPN installed on your Mobile device ?

It wont be a solution, but to make sure that the VPN doesn't block the APP. can you uninstall the VPN profile and try.
