Webex Calling calls Drop Out and Cutting Out Issue

Hi everyone, we're having problem of calls dropping out, voice cutting out and crackling noises on calls in some of out branches. The network in these branches are not great but still good around 80-100 Mbps. We've tried everything and nothing seems to be working. Can anyone suggest some solution? Thank you.

I guess you've done a https://cscan.webex.com/ from that location (cf. https://help.webex.com/y27bej/)..

How many calls do you have simultaniously? Each call leg should nomally just have <0,1Mbps, so you'd be able to have lots of calls..

I'd suggest to run some QoS on your local network and in your uplink router. Otherwise, a large download may impact your telephony as well in the manner you've described.

 

This is the result we're getting with the test. Even though the test shows a lot of calls the call still has disturbance and cutting out issue. Maximum 8 people are using this network.
