Migrating to Webex Calling. Have an issue in the Webex App with the Contact Details showing an email address as a phone number (see attached screenshot).
How do I remove the email address as a phone option from the contact detail? We are syncing our AD with the Cisco Directory connector. Any input would be appreciated.

Hi Patrick,
It looks like, one of the telephone field for user in AD is configured with email address. Take a look at those fields in AD.

Looks like you've forgotten to attach the screenshot?
Is the phone number also from the AD? If so, have you checked if that one is getting accidentally mapped to a wrong field or so?
