Webex calling customer experience computer locked

Hi All,

We are looking at moving away from our on prem PBX and some users that are using MS teams for calling. One feature we are looking for with customer experience is the ability to make an agent in a queue busy when they lock their computer. This is a highly used feature in MS teams and will be something our user base will be looking for.

Is there a menu item we are missing / setting somewhere to support this?
