call history call types

I'm trying to use data from the Webex Calling detailed call history (either csv or json format).  I would like to know whether the calls types SIP_SHORTCODE and SIP_MEETING indicate internal or external calls. So far we've only be able to confirm that SIP_ENTERPRISE indicates an internal call and that call types other than these 3 are external.  My guess is that a SIP_SHORTCODE call is external and a SIP_MEETING call is internal.

SIP_SHORTCODE —Shortcode feature/service call. Short numbers are premium or free depending on region and service.
