Webex Calling Outgoing getting cancel (VGW)

Hi, I configure  VGW to make calls with Webex to CUCM

I configure him to work with Webex.

I succeeded in making a call from CUCM to Webex but I get cancel when I call from Webex to CUCM.

I have encountered the same situation, I can send the call from CUCM to Webex Calling, but the call from Webex Calling to CUCM fails

I checked the trust list and found that the trust list ip mask on the Cisco configuration file was wrong. As a result, outgoing calls from Webex Calling are rejected. It works after the correction.And the configuration is from Webex Calling Lab v4, you can pay attention later.

There is a good guide on how to configure the LGW also with an onprem CUCM and a shared SIP PSTN via that gateway: https://help.webex.com/jr1i3r/

Have you followed those steps? Have you checked the ccsip debug output of the LGW when making such a call?

Hi , I follow the steps in the manual.
I do not have the debug ccsip debug but i have the call detail from Webex.
I add also sh run
