When I import a user from LDAP or CUCM I am can't login with the password of the user and I must change the Passphrase in the CUAC local,so there is no option to make regular authentication?
When the Agent click decline call in Cisco Webex Contact Center the call not get back to the Queue,
the customer transfer to the VM of the agent.
