Is Webex calling able to sync groups from Entra? I have groups added to the Enterprise App, and the users are syncing fine. However; the groups are not showing up in on the "Group" page. I'm trying to use my Entra groups to sync to Webex Calling to apply my user templates.
When looking at the Entra Wizard, the groups always stay in the "To be synced" state. TAC has been frustratingly unhelpful, and I was wondering if anyone here knew how to fix this, or if it is possible.
