Hi,
Is Webex calling able to sync groups from Entra? I have groups added to the Enterprise App, and the users are syncing fine. However; the groups are not showing up in on the "Group" page. I'm trying to use my Entra groups to sync to Webex Calling to apply my user templates.
When looking at the Entra Wizard, the groups always stay in the "To be synced" state. TAC has been frustratingly unhelpful, and I was wondering if anyone here knew how to fix this, or if it is possible.

Yes, group objects can be synced as well. One underlying caveat to be aware of is that group objects rely on the Graph API, not SCIM, and that query is rate limited by Microsoft to once every 12 hours. You may need to let it sit overnight.
Another detail is that it only security groups, not email distribution groups (see note on step 10 of Enable Entra ID in Control Hub), will appear on the Group tab.

Thank you! I did not realize that it would only accept Security Groups! That's my issue. I will correct this.
