Please, I would like to know if Webex Calling supports third-party softphones.

No, only those devices and apps mentioned at https://help.webex.com/qkwt4j/ are officially supported.

But there are some 3rd party SIP devices supported, when configuring them you'll get SIP credentials. You may try using them in a SIP client, but no guarantee that it will work. And for sure, you'll have no TAC support etc. for it.

The Webex app is supported on Android and ios, the desktop app also works on several systems -- so no need for another app
