Webex Calling

I am trying to have all of my work calls directed to my computer. When I do receive a call, it will come to my computer but also my desk phone. When I answer the call on my computer, it will pick up on my desk phone and is on speaker, so the entire office can listen in on my call. How can I stop this from happening.

Seems like your Webex app is in Desk phone Control Mode.. Is it connected to your desk phone? In the upper left corner, there is a button to connect to a device. It should not have selected your desk phone there..

When I connect to the computer and not my desk phone is says "Phone Services are Disconnected"

Are you using Calling with UCM or MT?

Are your services configures properly? I'd suggest to ask your Calling administrator for help or assistance with troubleshooting.
