Webex for large Org - do you have multiple tenancy or one

Hi All

We use Webex calling in some of our sites, we have sites overseas that are also looking to move to Webex Calling.

These sites have there own billing and we call between all the sites as they are currently on cucm.

In this instance, should we create separate Webex accounts for each region so they manage their own? or could we have a single account that is billed to each region? if so how would we do this?

Also, if we did have separate webex accounts, how would we call between them?

Hi there,

Based on my understanding, I may consider a single tenant with multiple locations. Each site will be configured as a separate location with its own PSTN options, possibly utilizing a local gateway at each site. This approach will make it easier to manage and administrate. Additionally, we can have individual location admins in the control hub if there are independent IT admins working at each site.

If it is a separate Webex Calling tenant, the calls will go through your selected PSTN options. You can find more details on the media path in the following reference URLs.

A single tenant sounds fine,  I assume all calls between locations stay "on net" within Webex, so no call charges ?
