in the current environment CUCM. I have three remote users who do not have devices assigned to them. There is a single CTI number shared among the three users. Each week, one user accesses the Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal to forward the CTI route number to a selected cell phone number.
My question is: How can these users achieve the same functionality in a Webex environment without having devices assigned to them? Additionally, how can I configure this feature in the admin hub to enable this capability?
