This is a question about "PushNotificationRetrieval" displayed in "Related reason" in the Calling Detailed Call History report item.
What actions will "PushNotificationRetrieval" be displayed in the app?

I remember we had strange dialed numbers in the detailed report. That was if the call was answered in the mobile app and not at the Webex app or on a MPP. I do not remember if that indication was also there, but maybe it is a similar cause?

Yes, there is a "Called number" column with strange dialed numbers and a "PushNotificationRetrieval" in the record with a "Duration" of 0 seconds.
Since the "Duration" is 0 seconds, I guessed that it is a record of a push notification that was received but the app did not respond.
